Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 July 2026
These terms govern your use of marrowprotocol.com and the MARROW membership ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
What MARROW is, and is not
MARROW is a coaching and education program focused on retaining muscle and bone during GLP-1 medication use. MARROW is not a medical provider, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the Service is a substitute for care from a qualified clinician. Always consult your prescribing clinician before changing any aspect of your medication, training, or nutrition. MARROW does not prescribe, supply, or manage any medication.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including any application responses.
Waitlist and cohorts
Joining the waitlist or submitting an application does not guarantee a place in a cohort. Places are limited and selected at our discretion. Any pricing, program details, and separate membership terms will be disclosed before you enroll and before any payment is taken.
No outcome guarantees
Individual results vary and depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific health, body-composition, or performance outcome.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
The MARROW name, brand, content, and materials are owned by MARROW and provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without our written permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MARROW is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Third-party services
The Service links to and relies on third parties (for example Beehiiv for email and Cloudflare for hosting). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
Changes and termination
We may modify the Service or these terms; material changes are reflected by the "last updated" date above. We may suspend or end access to the Service where reasonably necessary.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MARROW operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
